This is a footage showing these little things that look like translucent fish swimming almost on top of my head, I usually see these things when angel air is falling from the sky, they may be insects but I am not sure, 1/16/16 1:05pm.

Jeremy Thomas Alan Bumac these were objects that were hovering above me, about one or two meters above me, they looked very much alive obviously, translucent, these particular ones will be just not visible if a litle more distant because they are almost transparent, I did not saw any wings on them, but maybe they were there flapping very fast, insects can flap wings upto 1,046 times per second, that speed will make their wings invisible:
