How to make fast advances in Anomalies Studies
If somebody really want
to make fast advances in this area, and have the needed resources/funding, a
couple of fully equipped observation stations in clear sky locations will be
enough, more observation stations will be better but two will be enough for redundancy
and validation.
Several organizations
around this topic had spent millions of dollars doing things that had produced
essentially ZERO results, what they had done is really a guide for what NOT to
do: like the collection of sighting reports from unprepared observers and
diluting resources in multiple endeavors.
Concrete and
"boring/dull" direct observations done by highly technical staff is
the only clear path using the right instruments and clear minds.
