Second-Generation Data.

The idea or concept of second generation data originated with Hynek.

J. Allen Hynek called: Second-Generation Data to good measurements and good photographs/footage of the UFO phenomenon. He as Vallee were aware that access to that kind of data will make "sightings reports" obsolete and unnecessary.
