This came nov 7 and nov 8 2011 at the exact same time of day. a farmer friend of mine was watching it a few miles away..said it looked like a man hanging from balloons..we could never figure it out...i also saw it one day in the infrared back then...

Jeremy Thomas Great capture, this is a polymorphic cluster with the cotton-like lower part, this "material" looks like cotton, but it is highly reflective and/or self luminoous and morphs into different shapes.
