Very luminous and flaring balloon mimic spotted yesterday from 3:30pm to 4:09pm, the brightness in these pictures had to be lower a lot to be able to see some details, object visible to naked eye when flaring, it responded multiple times to direct light signals sent using a mirror. I made hand signals multiple times inviting it to come closer.

Jeremy Thomas Funny if you think about it, these signalling to anomalies must be done in "private" location and only witnessed by people that know what you are doing otherwise they may call 911 and you can get in a kind of weird situation.
