Jeremy Thomas We always should try to be "consistent" and present footage with anomalous properties or behaviors. We already have some "strong" anomalous properties for balloon like anomalies that are based on physics arguments: rigid tether and zero tumbling. Morphing is always a strong anomalous property, a little less strong are: spot flaring and nearby star-like, laminar or other secondary anomalies. We should also be aware that balloon mimics will have a more solid cover if they are between real balloons, it is very possible that in a group or flock of balloon like objects some but not all are anomalies and that will be harder to uncover. .
