Balloon shaped anomaly with long "tether", yesterday 3:48pm, this one is similar to one recorded by Franny Hudson recently that have like a "window" and that window sometimes change and shows letters, faces, or take the form of a "helmet", Eric Erasmo Rendon also had recorded a few of these.
